Roasted Cauliflower with Ibis Nut Butter and Chili Flakes
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 25-35 minutes Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower (about 2 pounds)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Ibis Nut Butter
salt to taste
chili flakes (optional)
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Cut cauliflower head and parts of the stem into bite-size pieces.
Toss the cauliflower on a sheet pan with the oil then season with salt.
Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, until deeply golden brown on the bottom, then flip and roast for another 12 to 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
Drizzle the Ibis Nut Butter over the cauliflower, stir to combine. Serve with more salt and chili flakes
