Sweet and Spicy Avocado Toast

Ingredients:
2 slices fresh bread
2 tablespoons Redstart nut butter
1 avocado
1/2 cup chopped arugula
6 basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Half a lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
Toast bread until golden.
Spread 1 tablespoon of Redstart nut butter on each slice of toasted bread.
Remove the pit from the avocado. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Put it in a bowl and mash slightly with a few pinches of salt.
Spread avocado on toast and top with a squeeze of lemon, arugula, basil, feta, drizzle of olive oil and sea salt flakes.
