Sandpiper Granola

Sandpiper granola

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 20-22 minutes Servings: 10

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup Sandpiper nut butter

  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, stir well until combined.

  3. Spread granola on baking tray and bake 20-22 minutes. Let granola cool for 30 minutes.

  4. Store in an airtight container 1 to 2 weeks.
