5 Minute Ibis Hummus
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients:
1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/3 cup Ibis Nut Butter
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:
In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor as necessary. Hummus will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
