5 Minute Ibis Hummus

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 1/3 cup Ibis Nut Butter

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

  1. In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor as necessary. Hummus will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
