Sandpiper Granola Bars

almond coconut granola bars with pumpkin seeds

The smoky-sweet notes of Sandpiper pair beautifully with oats, seeds, chocolate, coconut, or dried fruit — making these bars endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups old-fashioned oats or quick-cooking oats

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 cups mix-ins*

  • 1 cup creamy Sandpiper

  • ½ cup maple syrup

*Mix-ins can include chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, dried fruit, or a combination.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, sea salt, and mix-ins.

  4. Add the Sandpiper and maple syrup, stirring until everything is evenly coated and combined.

  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until lightly golden and set.

  7. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • For softer, chewier bars, bake closer to 25 minutes.

  • For firmer bars with crisp edges, bake closer to 30 minutes.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–4 days, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
