Sandpiper Energy Bites

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes Servings: 6 - 1” balls

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup Sandpiper Nut Butter

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup/honey

  • salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. In a food processor or blender pulse oats until broken down (about 15-30 seconds).

  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and form into 1” balls. Eat right away or store in refrigerator.
