Sandpiper Energy Bites

Ingredients:
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup Sandpiper Nut Butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup/honey
salt to taste
Preparation:
In a food processor or blender pulse oats until broken down (about 15-30 seconds).
Stir in the remaining ingredients and form into 1” balls. Eat right away or store in refrigerator.
