Sunbird Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients:

1 bunch curly kale

2 tablespoons Sunbird or Ibis nut butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Remove kale from the ribs. Tear kale into 1-2” sections. Place in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Whisk nut butter and olive oil together and pour over the kale in the bowl. Mix well with hands until all kale leaves are well coated.

  4. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Some are done sooner than others, be sure to remove the crispy chips and return the others to the oven, checking every couple minutes.

  5. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
